The Mein Digital program under PSDF requires specific documents to verify eligibility for rural women applicants with 16 years of education. These ensure quick processing during the online application on psdf.org.pk/empowering-rural-women. Prepare clear scans (PDF/JPG, under 5MB each) before starting.
Essential Documents
Upload these core items in Step 4 of the application:
- CNIC (National Identity Card): Front and back sides, valid and clear. Confirms identity, age (21-40), and Punjab residency.
- Educational Certificates: Proof of at least 16 years of education, such as bachelor’s degree, master’s transcript, or equivalent (e.g., B.A., B.Sc. marksheets from HEC-recognized institutions).
- Residency Proof: Rural Punjab domicile certificate, union council letter, or recent utility bill (electricity/gas) showing rural address. Urban residents are ineligible.
Optional/Additional Documents
These may strengthen your application or be requested post-submission:
- Passport-sized Photo: Recent color photo (not always mandatory at apply stage).
- Affidavit: Signed declaration for equipment loan (desktop/internet stipend) upon selection—generated during form submission.
No income proof or marriage certificate needed; focus on education and rural status.
Upload Tips
Use a stable internet connection and phone camera for scans if no scanner available. Label files clearly (e.g., “CNIC_Front.jpg”). Incomplete uploads lead to rejection—double-check before submitting by January 25, 2026. Track via application ID for verification status.
