Quetta: Bal Road Branch High Court (BHC) released bail on Monday to the tribe’s Sardar Sherbaz Khan Satakzai Arrested After July this year murder The names of men and women in the name of “honor” in the Degari mining area of Quetta.
The single judge led by Judge Muhammad Iqbal Kasi granted Sardar Sherbaz Satakzai a bail against Rs 5 lakh secured bond after hearing the debate between the two sides. He was released after the court approved the bail application.
Earlier, police arrested Sardar Satakzai’s allegation that he, as the tribe leader, recognized Jirga’s killing of the woman and man. The woman’s brother acted on Jirga’s orders and opened fire on his 40-year-old sister Bano Bibi, in front of many people in the area. Meanwhile, the man Ehsanullah was also killed in the same place.
The incident surfaced after the murders took place more than a month after the videos of fire on social media were all the rage on social media. Police launched an investigation and arrested several people, including Sardar Sherbaz Khan Satakzai.
So far, police have arrested 17 people in connection with the case, including Bano Bibi Mother There is another brother. The mother was later released on bail. However, the main defendant who shot and killed his sister has not been arrested.
