Lahore: Pakistani Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (PSGPC) condemns Indian government Repeated denial Sikh pilgrims were allowed to visit religious rituals in Pakistan and a resolution against this action was unanimously adopted.
The 9th meeting of PSGPC is a hero of the headquarters of the Evacuee Trust Property Committee (ETPB) of PSGPC President and Minister of Ethnic Minorities Sardar Ramesh Singh Arora.
Sardar Ramesh Singh Arora said this act by the Indian government was a blatant violation of religious freedom and basic human rights, which deeply possessed the Sikh sentiment.
He said Pakistan has always welcomed Sikh pilgrims to sacred sites such as Nankana Sahib, Kartarpur and Panja Sahib, but the Indian government continues to deprive its own citizens of this fundamental right.

Mr Arora said Pakistan provided an online visa facility for pilgrims from the UK, Canada and the US to make it easier for them to visit Pakistan, where India denies the rights of this pair of citizens.
ETPB Chairman Dr Sajid Mahmood Chauhan said that the Pakistani government always puts the most preservation and maintenance of Gurdwaras and other sacred sites. He added that despite recent flooding, Qatarpur and other Gurdwaras reopened pilgrims within 24 hours, a sign of Pakistan’s seriousness and commitment.
Other secretary shrines Nasser Mushtaq said the PSGPC and ETPB were constantly working to enhance the facilities of Sikh pilgrims and ensure full religious freedom for those visiting Pakistan.
He said Pakistan is ready to host Sikh pilgrims from India and around the world. “That’s why the pilgrims come home and shout ‘Sindabad Pakistan’ with a message of love and peace.”
The meeting also called on the international community and the United Nations to take effective measures to prevent India from violating religious freedom.
Those present at the meeting included PSGPC Secretary General Satwant Kaur, Vice President Sardar Mahesh Singh, Dr. Sardar Mimpal Singh, Sardar Tara Singh, Sardar Gyan Singh, Sardar Satwant Singh, Sardar Hameet Singh, Sardar Sardar Singh, Sardar Sardar Singh, Sardar Sahib Singh and Sardar Bhagat Singh.
