Karachi: Police said a retired officer and a woman were found dead inside a Toyota Prado in the parking lot of the Seaview Apartment in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The police quoted doctors as saying that men and women appeared to die 24 hours before they were found.
Police said his son informed police of his disappearance when the retired major, who lived in the same seaview apartment, did not come home on Monday night and did not reply to the phone.

He said that during the initial investigation, it was detected, and they sat in the rear seats of the SUV and turned on with the vehicle’s engine and air conditioner. He added that on the surface, smoke from exhaust consumption or smoke entered the vehicle and died of suffocation.
The bodies were transferred to Jinnah Graduate Medicine Center.
The doctor said there was no sign of torture or blackmail on the body. “The cause of death has been preserved and all relevant samples have been collected,” said police surgeon Dr. Summaiya Syed.
Police said the woman was a resident of Federal Area B.
They said the police traced the husband of the deceased woman and handed over the body to the family after complete formalities.
