Peshawar: On the Peshawar High Court, the Judicial Complex and other adjacent Cours, the “endurance and blanket” of cell phone network signals has damaged due to the installation of distractors in nearby central prisons, which has led to the observation strike in Peshawar starting today (Thursday).
The Peshawar Bar Association (PBA) litigated after the Khyber Pakhtunkwa lawyers’ committee accepted its request and allowed it to continue its strike in the district court.
The association has been asking the association to announce that lawyers have not won the lawsuit before any courts in the district judiciary.
PBA Office Bearers jointly issued a statement that included its President Qaiser Zaman, Secretary-General Zahidullah Zahid and Press Secretary Imran Khan Yousafzai, noting that they will not cancel the strike unless the issue is resolved.
The PBA also announced that it would file a petition in the High Court to challenge telephone signals that were deactivated due to interferers installed in nearby prisons.
Earlier, lawyers protested on the issue and locked in a prison gate that began with the judicial complex.
Aminur Rehman Yousafzai, president of the PHC Bar Association, its vice president Arshid Nowshervi, Qaiser Zaman, Zahidullah Zahid and other lawyer representatives have been working hard to solve the problem over the past three months but have had problems in Vain.
At the same time, the KP Lawyer Committee also expressed concern about the issue and asked the government and prison authorities to resolve the issue as early as possible.
KPBC Vice Chairman Ahmad Farooq Khattak and his Executive Committee Chairman Akbar Khan Kohistani said the prison authorities have caused problems for those outside Jammers.
It is necessary to mention that the PHC responded to the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority in July this year to the court challenge of cell phone interruptions.
