The incident occurred because the call center workers took the complainant’s daughter, another employee, hostage.
“My daughter works in a call center, but over the past three years she has been harassed by branch managers,” the complainant said. “She was frustrated by this, so she told me the Sun. My nephew also called the branch manager and told him to stay away from her.
