Islamabad court accused of murder in teen social media influencer Sana Yousaf – BAKISTAN

Umar Hayat prosecuted by Islamabad court murder The case of 17-year-old social media influencer Sana Yousaf.

The defendant promised not guilty of the murder of Yousaf, who was shot dead in June at her house.

During the hearing, additional district and conference judge Mohammad Afzal Majoka asked if Hayat killed Sanaa.

The defendant replied: “I have not committed any such crime.”

The judge then asked if he was charged in this case.

“Are these all lies?” the judge said. He also noted that Hayat was also accused of robbing your cell phone.

This is what the defendant insists that all the allegations against him are “based on falsehood.”

The court then adjourned the hearing until September 25.

Islamabad police have Arrested Hayat on June 3, the day after Yousaf was killed in her house in Islamabad.

Before his arrest, the first information report of the murder (FIR) registered an unidentified man at the Subar Police Station in Islamabad, whose complaint was Farzana Yousaf, the mother of Sanaa, invoked Article 302 of the Pakistan Criminal Code (PPC).

In FIR, Yusav’s mother said a man with a pistol in his hand suddenly entered their house around 5 p.m. and “fired directly at my daughter, intending to kill.”

Later, Islamabad Inspector General (IG) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi said police arrested the sister of a 22-year-old man from Faisalabad.

He said Hayat tried to contact you repeatedly and “she refused again and again”, adding that the defendant took your cell phone to eliminate the evidence, but had recovered along with the criminal weapon.

On July 25, the police officially submit Challan against Hayat to the district and conference courts for prosecution branches. It also includes statements of confession recorded by Hayat under section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
