Muzaffarabad: Authorities stole the flags in the main towns of Azad Chamu and Kashmir on Saturday, bent their muscles in Saturday’s muscles as leaders of the Civil Society Alliance forced them to mobilize support for the regional lockdown that will be held on September 29.
When Jamu Kashmir Joint AWAMI Action Committee (JKJAAC) escalated its campaign, the government’s force showed up, vowing to close the area to protect its so-called denial of fundamental rights for decades.
Shaukat Nawaz Mir, a core member of the Action Committee, visited several neighbors’ oaxes in Muzaffarabad with colleagues and dozens of followers.
“Let’s be clear again: we are not moving against any ideology or institution, but for the real rights of our people that have been rejected for seventy years by one or another,” the chemistry in the plate said.
Traders vow to keep stores open
“The lockdown will convey a loud and clear message that is sufficient. Grant the right or face the anger of the people.”

While the government has not publicly outlined its strategy for its September 29 event, officials said strict security measures have been established.
A large convoy carrying armed police and paramilitary personnel conducted a flag parade at nearly all regional headquarters on Saturday. A lot of accidents were also deployed at city entrances and exit points, and rigorous surveillance was carried out at sensitive locations.
Additionally, the Traders Association announced that they will forgo their weekly holidays and open on Sunday to allow citizens to buy essential food and household items before planning to lock in.
At the Muzaffarabad meeting, Division Commissioner Chaudhry Guftar Hussain pointed out that the federal and AJK ministers had already had a “open” dialogue with Jkjaac, but stressed the need to tilt peace. “No one benefits from obstacles and violations,” he said.
Local magistrates judge Mudasser Farooq spoke at the same meeting, warning that no one can undermine public life or free movement.
“Peacekeeping is the shared responsibility of the government, the police and citizens,” he said. “We have no arguments with anyone, but our public service mission will continue at all costs.” He added that maintaining state property, including vehicles and machinery, is “the most important responsibility of all employees.”
