Quetta: Bal Road Chits High Court announced the government’s Travel ban Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal Ilegal, chief of the National Party of Balluchistan (BNP-M), directed the authorities to lift the restrictions immediately.
The Secretariat, composed of Chief Justice Rozi Khan Bareech and Sardar Ahmed Halimi, delivered the scriptures during the hearing of the Constitutional petition filed by senior lawyer Sajid Tareen Advocate.
After hearing the debate between the petitioner and the French advocates’ central secretary, Agha Hassan Baloch, the bench ordered the name of Bangladesh from the Flying No List.
Officials absent from the crime seat
At another hearing, the same judge expressed dissatisfaction with the prolonged power outage, and the court summoned senior officials earlier.

The court has ordered the Chief Secretary of Bal Road, the CEO of Quetta Electric Power Company (QESCO), the Chief Secretary of CM to appear in person and report reports on making solar pipelines and reducing loads.
The chief executive was “busy in Islamabad” and could not attend the hearing, QESCO’s legal counsel Muzaffar Azam told the court. No reports were submitted on behalf of additional advocates.
The court noted that QESCO officials were disconnecting additional family connections to the pipeline well without notice, causing difficulties for farmers to win. It observes that widespread electricity loads are in dissolution of education, office and business activities.

The court then directed the three officials to appear in person at the next hearing on October 7 and submit detailed replies.
In addition, the bench expressed strong dissatisfaction with traffic disruptions in the Lakpass tunnel and sought detailed reports from relevant authorities.
The court announced the “unsatisfactory” report by Deputy Commissioner Mastung and ordered him to appear in court and to improve traffic flows.
The bench noted that criminal activity and public issues around the tunnel have been increasing over the past year.
Despite repeated appeals, the petitioner’s lawyers did not appear, but, according to the petition, taxation, customs and the northern outpost of the football club, the tunnel connects Quetta to several areas, which usually causes the vehicle to “stagnate for hours”.
The court directed the Deputy Attorney General and FC North attorneys to explain at the next hearing why the checkpoints were not moved to a more appropriate position.
