Bal Luzhi Province Opposition Term Mining and Mineral Law “Illegal” – Pakistan

Quetta: Bal Luzhi Provincial Parliament’s joint meeting or opposition party has announced Mining and Mineral Law, 2025Under the 18th Constitutional Amendment, it is unconstitutional, opposes the provincial autonomy and ownership of the province and requires it to evacuate.

The Opposition Party meeting, represented in the Ballu Chitchen Parliament, discussed the 2025 Mining and Minerals Act on Monday, detailing the views of the parties and rejecting the bill.

The bill was approved by the Bal Luzhi Provincial Council at its meeting on the recommendation of the Standing Committee.

Mir Mir Younis Aziz Zehri, the opposition leader of the Bal Luzhi Provincial Assembly, chaired the meeting. Leaders of the opposition party, members of civil society and leaders of the mine owners’ association attended the meeting.

Participants in the meeting reiterated that the opposition party is a custom of the public interest and they will oppose any steps that undermine the public interest.

Said the bill is aimed at provincial autonomy, the ownership stipulated in the 18th Amendment; it requires evacuation

A parliamentary committee consisting of Mr. Zehri and a parliamentary committee composed of ANP leader Zamarak Khan Achakzai, KMT leader Rehmat Saleh Baloch, JI leader Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman and BNP Mir Jahanzeb Mengal.
