Lakki Marwat/ Bajaur: 17 militants were killed in an intelligence-based operation by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Friday night, while four civilians were killed on Saturday in the victims of the explosion in the Bajaur district.
Three security personnel were also injured during the operation in the Dashakhull area of personality.
The action is “Khwarij, reportedly belonging to Indian agent Fitna al Khwarij, is present”.
It added: “During the operation, its own troops were effectively involved in the Khwarij location and as a result, the Indian-sponsored Khwarij was sent to Hell.”
Karak Regional Police Shahbaz Elahi said police and security forces launched the operation in remote rural areas within the Shah Slim police station, which involved information about militants there.
“We have reliable reports that terrorists linked to Mullah Nazir’s group were banned Tehreek-i-Taliban attended the area with the aim of carrying out their evil plans,” he said.
He added that when security personnel arrived in the area and began siege in the mountainous hiding places of militants, a strong exchange of fire occurred.
“The fierce gunfight lasted for several hours, killing 17 Fitna al Khwarij terrorists and six of their accomplices were injured,” Ellahi said.
The local police chief added: “Anti-state and anti-coordination factors will not find any hidden places and police and security forces will conduct joint operations to eliminate them.”
Another police officer said a large number of police and security forces were in the area on Saturday and continued mountain searches on the border between Lakki Marwat and Mianwali regions in search of injured and fleeing militants.
He said the announcement was conducted in Darshakhel and the neighboring villages and small villages (Hamlets), and people were advised to follow the action.
He added: “It is also advised that people should not allow anyone to enter their homes to seek shelter and work with the police and security forces.”
Bajaur explosion
In Bajaur’s Lowi Mamund Tehsil, four people were killed and two injured when they stood out in a field in the Lagarri area Saturday afternoon, officials and locals said.
They told Dawn that the tragedy occurred in the Lagarri area around 3 p.m. when a group of local young people traveled through the field.
Israr Khan, public relations officer for the Karl Regional Police Department, confirmed that the explosion was caused by an old explosive device.
Rescue 1122 Khar Station spokesman Riaz Ahmed Khan told Dawn that one of the four deaths died at the scene, while the others were pronounced dead when they arrived at the Khar area hospital. He said the victim was identified as 18-year-old Sajad Khan. Nawshad Khan, 13; Fawad Khan, 18; and Jawad Khan, 15.
The official mentioned that Waqas Khan, 17, and Attaullah, 15, were injured. They were initially taken to the Carl Regional Headquarters Hospital, but advanced medical treatment was conducted through a specially arranged border north helicopter and were airlifted to a hospital in Peshawar.
Local political leaders from ANP, JI and PTI visited Khar Hospital to donate blood and express solidarity with their families.
Dr. PTI MPA Hamidur Rehman said he would return to the displaced residents early to the authorities.

Meanwhile, the interior ministry Talal Chaudhry said on Tuesday that Pakistan’s response to the war will be firm, and that those “those who understand the language of the bullet will be explained by bullets” if negotiations with Afghanistan fail to stop cross-border attacks.
He said in a press conference that Pakistan’s diplomacy is 75 years and defends ongoing security operations.
Mr Choudhury said terrorism remains the biggest challenge for the country and insisted that the government is committed to making Pakistan safe to invest.
“Today, the red carpet is being placed for the Prime Minister abroad,” he said, adding that the federal and provincial governments must work closely on security.
The minister accused militants of crossing Pakistan from the border into Pakistan and accused “80% of the terrorist attackers were Afghans”.
Mr Choudhury said the government will strengthen measures to prevent cross-border infiltration, curb sectarian violence and stabilize the rest area.
He called on all political parties to unite the national development and pointed out the improvisational performance of foreign observers acknowledging Pakistan’s security situation.
Regarding media behavior, he warned reporters not to support “those who hide under the guise of journalists” and criticized what he called “false vloggers”, which he said was used to exchange for national security. He said the government is taking action against such people and suggested that the law could be more difficult.
