Bal Road Chit-Chapter Minister of Health Bakht Muhammad Kakar told dawn.com.

“32 people were injured and have been taken to civil hospitals and trauma centers,” Kakar said.

According to Health Minister Mujeebur Rehman, the Bal Road Chitchen province’s health department imposed an emergency across the capital after the explosion.

“An emergency was declared at Quetta Civil Hospital in Bal Road Chitchen Medical College (BMC) and Trauma Center,” Lehman said.

“All consultants, doctors, pharmacists, staff nurses and caregivers were instructed to stay in the hospital.”
