Gaza City: Israeli military said it expanded its operations in Gaza City on Friday, bombing the so-called “Hamas infrastructure”, while Palestinians who were shown were injured by progress said they had no means of escape.
“It’s really bad. The tanks were driving shells all night,” said Toufic Abu Mouawad, Palestinian, who left a camp to show people and had nowhere to go.
“I want to escape with the boys, girls, children. This is the situation we are in. It is a very tragic situation. We call on all Arab countries and people with conscience to stand with us.”
Israeli forces control the eastern suburbs of Gaza City and have been attacking the Sheikh Radwan and Tel al-Hawa areas in recent days.

The Israeli military warned that it would operate in the “unprecedented forces” in Gaza City, with residents scoring points to flee during a ground offensive against the region’s largest urban center.
Friday’s military said it estimated that 480,000 people have fled Gaza City since August. The IDF said on Thursday that 350,000 people have left Gaza City since early September, with about 600,000 remaining.
In a flyer falling in the city of Gaza, the military told the Palestinians that they could flee to the south using the new reopened Salah al Din Road.
The IDF said the air strike killed Mahmoud Yusuf Abu Alkhir, who was identified as deputy director of military intelligence for the Hamas Baureij battalion.
Dozens of protesters gathered on the Israeli side of the border to call for an end to the war. Their hero banners or placards have slogans that include “Stop Genocide in Gaza” and “Free Gaza, Isolate Israel”.
Post-war management
Meanwhile, U.S. Ambassador Mike Huckabee told Reuters On Friday, there were heroes in the United States in negotiations with the Arab Gulf nation to discuss the possibility of managing Gaza after the war ended.
Huckabee said dialogue involving temporary management structures involving Arab Gulf countries may play supervisory roles with the United States and decide to make permanent arrangements later.
“It’s a discussion. It’s not something the government, Israel, anyone accepts. I’m not familiar with anything that’s ready to sign.” Huckaby didn’t say when the talks were held or which Gulf country was involved.
