U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday that he is “very confident” that he will form a Gaza alliance with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is about to visit the White House.
The two are expected to speak at a joint press conference soon.
The White House said Netanyahu regretted the leaders of Katar for the Israeli attack in Doha.
It added that Netanyahu also expressed regret for Israel that violated Qatar’s sovereignty and “confirm that Israel will not conduct such attacks in the future”.
“Leaders discussed proposals to end the Gaza war, prospects for a safer Middle East, and the need for greater understanding among their countries,” the White House press conference with Trump and Israeli Prime Minister said.
Before the formal consultation, Trump told his guests: “We have to restore hostages… This is a group that can do this, more than any other group in the world… so be with you.”
Trump also stressed the urgency of ending the conflict: “We have held 32 meetings here, which is a very important one because we will end what should be started.”
According to reports from Israel Channel 12 and American-based axisPresident Trump’s plan envisages immediate creation and release of hostages, including living and dead. The phased Israeli withdrawal from Gaza governance, excluding Hamas, but incorporated into the Palestinian authorities; the deployment of Arab and Muslim peacekeeping personnel to ensure Gaza and promote Israel’s evacuation; and internationally supported reconstruction and transition plans funded by regional contributors.
The details were reportedly shared with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, although Israel did not draft the plan, dawn Report explain.
Meanwhile, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a TV interview that Israel and Palestinian group Hamas were “very close” to reach an agreement to end Israel’s bombing in Gaza and ensure security.
Levitt, speech Fox News “Fox and Friends” plan said Trump will discuss a 21-point peace plan with Netanyahu at the White House later today.
“Trump will talk to Qatar leaders who have served in the middle with Hamas,” she said.
“To make a reasonable deal for both parties, both parties have to give up a little and may make the table a little unhappy, but that’s ultimately how we’re going to end this conflict,” Leavitt added.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif welcomes U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan to end Israel’s invasion of Gaza.
When the U.S. president greeted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House, he posted a post about X on X. Before the meeting began, Trump told reporters that he was “very confident” that there would be peace in Gaza.
When asked if there were 21 points to participate in all parties, he repeated: “Very confident”.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz posted on X: “I welcome President Trump’s 20 points (sic) Plan to ensure the end of the Gaza war.
“I also firmly believe that lasting peace between the Palestinian people and Israel is crucial to bringing political stability and economic growth to the region,” the Prime Minister wrote.
He added: “It is also my strong belief that President Trump is fully prepared to help in any way necessary to make this extremely important and urgent understanding a reality.”
Prime Minister Shebaz also praised “Trump’s leadership and (his) special envoy Steve Witkoff’s efforts to end the conflict for nearly two years.”
He added: “I also firmly believe that the implementation of the proposals between the two countries is crucial to ensuring lasting peace in the region.”
