“Since independence, India has faced this challenge, having a neighbor, which is the center of global terrorism,” Jaishankar said.
“For decades, major international terrorist attacks have been traced back to that country,” he said.
“Those who cater to the horrors of the country will find it back and bite people,” he said.
Jaishankar said India “exercises its right to defend people from terrorism”.
