Grand Blanc: Authorities say a shooter was killed Sunday after targeting a Mormon church in Michigan, USA, and several others were injured and the building was also set on fire.
Police said the suspect was a 40-year-old man from a nearby town who was shot dead by law enforcement after the attack without specifying any possible motives.

Images from the scene show emergency services in the Church of Latter-day Saints of Jesus Christ, which are floating on stretchers and smokey feathers at the Church of Jesus Christ in the town of Great Blank.
Local police chief William Renye told reporters that the suspect drove the vehicle through the front door of the church and began firing at people inside with assault rifles.
He said the service was active, along with the “Huns of the people in the church.”
Renney said authorities believe the gunman also deliberately opened fire at the church, and he was then killed by the respondent police. The official said those who benefited the victims were taken to hospitals, including those who died.
He added that the fire had been put out, but “we do believe that once we have the scene, we will find other victims.”
A woman who lives near the church said, “My husband heard people screaming and a lady yelled.”
FBI agents are assisting in the investigation on the spot.
“Violence in places of worship is a timid crime. In this horrible tragedy, our prayers are with the victims and their families.”
Attorney General Pam Bondi also said she had written to the incident.
