New York: An Indian intelligence agent not only hired Indian citizens to commit murders in Pakistan, Nepal and the United States, but also promised to provide him with a weapon to perform the assassination.
New charges have been filed against the alleged assassin Nikhil Gupta, including money laundering, credit card fraud, drug and weapon traffic, as well as attempted murder in Nepal or Pakistan.
According to new court documents, U.S. government lawyers claim that the alleged rental murders are not limited to New York, but also include plans to kill another person in Nepal or Pakistan.
Former Indian primitive officer Vikash Yadav promised to support guns and even arranged for clearance of aircraft transporting weapons from India, U.S. prosecutors said. Nikhil Gupta extradition, arrest
Gupta, also known as 53-year-old Nick Arrested In the Czech Republic, extradition was made to the United States under a bilateral treaty between the United States and the Czech Republic on June 30, 2023. He arrived in the United States on June 14 and appeared in court on charges of murder.
Attorney General Merrick B. Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco described the plot as “an attempt to silence the political activist who exercises typical American rights: his freedom of speech.”
FBI Director Christopher Wray stressed that the bureau “will not tolerate attempts by foreign nationals or anyone else to suppress constitutionally protected freedoms in the United States.”
DEA administrator Anne Milgram said the extradition was “the result of the hard work and commitment of the New York Department’s Drug Enforcement Working Group” and praised international law enforcement cooperation, including the National Drug Headquarters in the Czech Republic.

According to court documents, Gupta plotted to target an American-based Sikh separatist leader with an Indian government employee (determined as CC-1) for the sovereign Sikh Haristan. CC-1, a primitive officer trained in combat and weapons, allegedly directed the plot from India.
Gupta, an Indian resident who was involved in narcotics and weapons trafficking in advance, tried to sign a killer to kill American citizens. In fact, the so-called killer is a DEA secret official. CC-1 allegedly agreed to pay $100,000 in murder and delivered $15,000 in Manhattan in June 2023.

Nijar’s murder link

The Ministry of Justice’s Office of International Affairs coordinated with the Czech authorities to ensure Gupta’s arrest and extradition. Trial attorneys from the Department of National Security and the U.S. Attorney’s Office are working on the case.
