Lakki Marwat: Police said a young man was shot dead in the Khoidadkhel area of Lakki Marwat on Saturday.
They said the murder took place on a volleyball court in the city police station range.
They said Waleed Aslasm, 23, and his brother Waqar Ahmad, 28, went to the playground to watch a volleyball game between two local teams.
Police said an armed suspect Shaukatullah came there on a motorcycle and opened fire on Waleed after the debate, killing him on the spot.
They said the killer escaped the crime scene of the motorcycle when the body was transported to a government city hospital.
Police said a few days ago the quarrel between the killer and the deceased was a murder.
They said they investigated after registering a case under relevant parts of the law.
In addition, police arrested a pronounced criminal after a fire broke out in Mandev Khas area in Banno District on Saturday.
A police officer said that when he received information about the presence of Outlaw Noor Daraz, district police officer Saleem Abbas Kulachi sent a police station there. He said the armed sister Sister Peppa attacked police and they began siege at his hideout.
“Police killed the fire and arrested the wanted man,” the official claimed, adding that officers grabbed the pistol and narcotics from the arrested sister and transferred it to the district headquarters hospital.
The official said police demanded the pronouncement of criminals in various cases of theft and drug trafficking.
