Seminary students in Gujarat ‘tortured by teachers’ – Pakistan

Gujrat: A five-year-old student at a religious seminary was allegedly tortured by a teacher and two accomplices on Friday at Karariwala Kalan Village in the Kharary Saddar Police district.

Shah Zaman Khan, of Swat, currently living in Amra Kalan Village near Dingga town, alleged in a complaint against police that he was told Friday that his youngest son Eesa (5) was in critical condition at Madressa Jalalia Jalalia Mazhar Mazhar Islam in the seminary at 12 o’clock.

After arriving at the seminary, the complainant said he found his son in critical condition, allegedly after his teacher Hafiz Arfan left, an unidentified sister suffered 7 carnivorous tortures in his unidentified sister and was kicked with a stick and kick.

The injured child was transferred to Dingga Civil Hospital and the doctor declared him dead.

The complainant’s other son, Musa (7), is also a student of the same seminary, and he also recounts the suffering of his younger brother at the hands of his teacher.

A police team arrived at the scene and collected evidence, and the team from the Punjab Forensic Science Agency (PFSA) also collected forensic evidence from the crime scene.

The autopsy was conducted at the Kharary Tehsil headquarters hospital, after which the body was handed over to the boy’s family.

Police have conducted cases against two nominated and unidentified sisters under Articles 302 and 34 of the Pakistan Criminal Code (PPC).

A Gujarat police spokesman said an investigation had begun and attacked the team that constituted the culprit of tracing and arrest.
