New York: Foreign ministers of China, Iran, Pakistan and Russia urged Afghanistan to take “effective, specific and verifiable actions” in a joint statement to undermine Terrorist organizations Run from its territory.

Ministers affirmed their support for diplomatic efforts aimed at achieving a political settlement of the Afghan issue and supported the role of the international community, especially the United Nations.
They pointed out the importance of regional mechanisms such as the Moscow format, the Afghan Neighbors of the Council of Foreign Ministers and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in advancing political solutions.
