Punjab’s school education minister Rana Sikandar Hayat on Thursday revealed that record stains wiped out nearly 3,000 schools across the province, which disrupted education for you.
The minister shared the grim update during a meeting with the Pakistan representative of Unicef, Pernille Ironside, where both parties set out strategies to address and improve cooperation.
He explained that the Edycation division had already struggled with a shortage of resources before the disaster had hit, and now thousands of schools that were in ruins, with many still underwater. “The rehabilitation of these institutes was our most important challenge,” he noted, adding that the government introduced three shifts in the functional schools to accommodate shooters.
According to Hayat, reconstruction can take up to three months. Meanwhile, the government is planning to rent private facilities and set up tent schools in areas affected by flood to prevent disruption in classes. He further announced that students from Affect regions will be released from the semester and scholars will be granted.
Towns drown in stationary water
Despite official allegations of the recent flooding, offenses at the Noraja Bhutta wall of the Sutlej River were in selective villages in Multian, Lodhran and Bahawalpur. Noraja Bhutta, Kotla Chakar, Bahaduurpur, Deepal and Dunyapur, which contain eight to ten deep -the surrounding settlements for more than a week.

Villagers blame the nearby highway because they aggravate the situation, claiming that the limited cularts act more like obstacles than drainage channels. They argue that breaking the highway is the only way to release the water.
However, NHA general manager Kashif Nawaz rejected the claim and demanded that water have the belts. He said that protective measures, including locating stones around weaknesses, protect the maturway without closing the tractors.
