DADU: On Monday, a roaring flood from Guddu and Sukkur exploded, crossing the Indus River and reaching the Jamshoro and Dadu areas.
Overpassing and changing the rivers in different places resulted in flooding villages and farmland.
According to a report arriving here in the evening, Deluges deviated from distance between 90 villages and flooded many other Puka roads in both areas.

Deluges attacked urban areas, schools and medical institutions
Water levels on the Indus are rising in Sehwan and Manjhand, and according to a rough estimate, their emissions are about 470,000 Cuseecs.
According to sources in the region, more than 80 villages in Sehwan and Manjhand Talukas are trapped under flooding, and people face great difficulties in continuing their routine activities.
In Manjhand, a historic temple and nearby railroad tracks were flooded. Laki Shah Sadar and Amri’s tracks were also attracted.
The private raised dam near Manzolabad eroded due to the heavy pressure of the flood. The surging flood is moving all the way towards densely populated areas.
The road to Buddha is already deep water, which seriously affects the movement of local residents.
In Sehwan Taluka, there are five villages – Long Khan, Sadiq Sahto, Amin Shahani, Lal Bakhsh Laghari and Kacha Radhan – which were hit by floods, bringing the number of affected villages to more than 20.
Four other villages in the Petro region were also restricted to local raids where local residents arrived at home.
In Sehwan and Manhand Talukas, about 15 official schools and eight medical institutions were hit by a victorious flood that caused them to stop functioning.
The Larkana-Sehwan Bund is said to be under heavy pressure flooding. Deluges also hit the Sehwan-Hyderabad section of the Bhagotoro Indus Expressway.
Former MNA Sardar Sikandar Ali Rahopoto visited the Chhachhar Walking Ladies near Amri on Monday to assess the situation.
He reviewed the force work and received letters from officials on site.
He said: “Before Laki Shah Sadar, a new dam is being built to complement the strength of Amri’s walking layman.”
He added that the Sindh government is taking all possible measures to ensure public safety and control floods.
Irrigation officials were also present during the former MNA visit.
