Bahawal Nagar/Sahiwal: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz visited Bahawalnagar on Monday to assess the flood conditions and live in a flood relief camp established by the Technical College.
After distributing gifts among residents of the Flood Easing Camp, she went to the sewing and embroidery camp there to ask about the baby born there and his mother.
The arrival of CM took strict safety measures, and she went from Helipad to a fleet of technical centers, including the Commissioner and Bahawalpur RPO, and she gave her books on flood losses and rehabilitation activities.
Ms. Nawaz was informed that more than 100,000 people in the 26 coalition commissions of Bahavar Nagar were affected by the flood. According to brooding relief camps, clinics with health counters and tires are serving flood victims. More than 40,000 flood victims have been provided with medical facilities and 15,795 ration bags, each of which is 10 kilograms, 1.198 rolls of silage bags and 399 straw choruses for flood-affected areas. As many as 3.7 million animals are targeted at foot and oral diseases.

Although the government has remained silent on the visit to CM, rumors about her arrival have been circulating for several days.
As news of her visit spread, dozens of flood-affected women gathered outside the relief camp, hours before her arrival. However, the women were forced to leave by authorities, who promised to protest the government. Flood victims said that only “selected” flood victims are allowed to meet with the CM. They claim that they visit flood float camps every day from faraway areas, but not even a meal. They claimed they wanted to remind CM about their difficulties, but authorities abused and harassed them and pushed them away.

She arrived in Bahawalnagar by helicopter, landed at Mandi Shopping Mall, and rode a bus from Azadi Chowk to Mandi Shopping Mall.
In many places, PML-N workers threw rose petals on electric buses. She announced that the Sahiwal department will receive 62 electronic cars, while the Sahiwal area alone will receive 30.
Before CM arrived, the city was cleaned, especially those roads where she had to travel by bus.
She learned to close all public and private schools at 11:30 a.m. before she arrived so that there would be no traffic when she arrived. The site is packed with PML-A leaders, workers, workers and students from Suthera Punjab.
E-Buses will run on designated routes including Arifwala bypass to Mai di Maset (22.6 km), KFC bypass to Noor Shah (27.8 km) (27.8 km), rail routes via railroad, Railway Road (24 km) to Harappa City (24 km), Arecore Pump, Farid Town, Farid Town to Yousafwala (15.3.3km) and General Bus Stand (15.3km) and 27km (27km).
