The UAE Larrest and Most Infutial Career Fair for Emirati Nationals, Ru’ya 2025, will take place in the Dubai World Trade from September 23 to 25. The exhibition, which was a cornerstone for emiratization, will collect thousands of young Emiratis along with more than 180 leading companies in more than 30 sectors.
Organizers have confirmed that the year’s edition will have 5,000+ jobs, giving participants direct access to top employers, training programs and innovative challenges that the workforce designs. With 40 schools on board and over 2000 students already registered, the opportunity aims to inspire the next generation of professionals.
In three days, visitors will be able to participate in workshops, competitions and international exchanges that focus on skills development, trust building and practical insights into work. For employers, Ru’ya serves as an important platform to comply with extraordinary Emirati talent and contribute to the development of the country’s workforce.
The exhibition is an open exhibition for the UAE citizens, and pre-registration is compulsory. Participants must offer valid identification – Emirates ID or an original passport to access.
