Musicians perform a classical concert in Berlin on World Children’s Day to draw attention to Israel’s plight in the death of Israel in Gaza’s military offensive Al Jazeera Report.
The Music Initiative, which organized the event, said the charitable concert turned the German capital into a “place of unity, humanity and music.”
The concert features professional and amateur musicians playing classical and traditional Arabic music. Anadolu News Agency reported.
Organizers called for an immediate ceasefire, protection of children and civilians in Gaza and a halt to the delivery of German weapons to Israel.
According to UNICEF, more than 50,000 children have been killed or injured since the conflict began in October 2023. Thousands of Palestinian children suffered victory in Gaza.
