Karachi: A judicial magistrate recorded a statement of confession by a serial rapist by his sister on Saturday, with six cases related to sexual assault by a minor girl.
Investigation Officer (IO) filed the application of Judicial Magistrate (South) Criminal Procedure Law (CRPC) in court.
After completing the legal formalities, the magistrate recorded his sister’s statement, in which he admitted to raping the underage girl.
