Quetta: Bal Road and Chitchen Government has instructed families to immediately Report If their relatives Missing or join a non-state or radical organization to warn those who do not comply will take strict legal action.
According to an official notice issued by the Ministry of the Interior, families are required to provide such information within 7 days and submit a sworn in order to refuse relatives involved in the military or face lawsuits under counter-terrorism laws.
The notice states that if a family member goes missing or is found to have joined any non-state or radical organization, citizens, parents and guardians must notify the nearest police department and FC/army department within one week.
It further directed that, in accordance with Articles 118 and 202 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC), personal details have been submitted within 7 days and read in Sections 11 (1) (EEE) of the Counter-Terrorism Act (ATA), 1997.
Similarly, families of persons who have joined the radical clothing must submit a sworn in a week and be consistent with Section 120/120-A of the PPC and read using Section 11 (1) (a) (eee) of the ATA.
The notice warns that if the family does not report missing persons or refuses to reject them and later determined that the individual is involved in terrorism, the family will be considered a religion/promoter under the ATA. Their names can also be placed in Fourth timetable Please read the ATA regulations according to Articles 107, 109 and 114 of the PPC.
The Home Office warned that facilitators will face strict legal proceedings, including property confiscation, government service firing and refusal of all state financial and welfare benefits.
