Muzaffarabad: Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) legislative parliament warned on Thursday that as customs of the legal and constitutional rights of the people of Kashmir, it would undermine any attempt to undermine the national constitution.
“The House Stands Firmly Behind the Government in Thwarting Every Conspiracy to Dissolve the Geographical, Constitutional and Political Setup of the Liberated Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, and Reiterates its resolve that the people will not be left at the mercy of anchor groups,” SAID a Resolution, moved jointly by regional heads of PPP, PML-N and Muslim Conference, Along with Eight Cabinet Members from PPP, PML-N and PTI “Forward Group”.
Speaker Chaudhry Latif Akbar hosted the meeting convened after more than 40 days of gap. From the six-member opposition, PTI’s Hamid Raza and Jammu Kashmir’s BJP’s sole MP and its regional head Sardar Hassan Ibrahim attended the meeting.
The resolution endorsed the declaration adopted at a multi-party meeting in the Kashmir House of Representatives on Tuesday. strike Jamu Kashmir Joint AWAMI Action Committee (JKJAAC) called, although the committee only referred to the body as a “pressure group” without direct naming.

The revised version was unanimously approved.
In another unanimous resolution, President of the PPP Region Chaudhry Yasin said that the Ajik legislature would not hesitate to make sacrifices for the supremacy of the Constitution and the rule of law.
“This House is the supreme body, enjoying the sole right of the state and its people. Under the conspiracy of this peaceful and sensitive area, anarchy is spreading. Neither this House guarantees the bondage of the state or its people.
The conference also adopted a resolution proposed by Mangla Dam Minister Chaudhry Qasim Majeed to pay tribute to all the late parties to the Hurriyat Conference (APHC) leader Abdul Ghani Bhat, who died a few days ago. The House provided him and other armed forces with Fateha, as well as those who died in the recent flood.
Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwarul Haq and PML-N Region President Shah Ghulam Qadir spoke on the floor to congratulate the Pakistani government on the defense agreement with Saudi Arabia, saying it would go a long way in ensuring regional peace and stability and serve as a deterrent to Israel and India.
Other resolutions commended the armed forces during their performance during their escalation with India and in operations against terrorists, condemned Israel’s aggression in Gaza and its attacks on Qatar, and condemned the atrocities of occupied Jamu and Kashmir.
