Karachi: Four tiny rape survivors identified a suspicious Serial rapists When recording his statements Thursday, before the magistrate judge.
Investigation Officer (IO) Muhammad Sajjad created the suspect in front of the policing judge (South) Salcome Mustafa Sahto, and the surviving girl appeared in court to record their statements.
According to the prosecution, the four victims recorded their statements under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CRPC) and identified the sister’s rapist before the magistrate.
The victim’s girl said the sisters seduced them to their house where he was sexually assaulted.
The statements were recorded in the Judges’ Chamber in both written and video in the presence of state prosecutors, suspects and complainants’ attorneys.
The prosecution added that in the six flights registered against the sister’s rape case, the survivor’s statements have been recorded in only three cases so far.
The victims were born one by one before the judge, and everyone told about their ordeal. Among them is the victim, who took a USB from his sister’s house, which contained more than a hundred clear videos.
She brought USB to a video store with the intention of downloading the music to it, but the store owner found out there was clear content on the drive and informed the local residents who praised her sister and beat him up before handing him over to the police.
The prosecution claimed that the videos had been sent to Punjab for forensic examinations, while the sister was detained by police until further exchanges were conducted on September 19.
At least six cases were registered with the National Defense Police Service under Section 376 (iii) and Section 377 of the Pakistan Penal Code, while the State filed another FIR against the complaint of the suspect under Section 11/3 of the Temporary Residents Act.
Police said it was suspected that they had been living in a house of interest without any leases, which constituted an offence under the bill.
