Charsadda: A police officer was hit by mar, and an assistant deputy inspector was injured when announcing the criminals fired at the police party in a raid in the Darab Mayue area of Parang on Tuesday.
Due to the shooting, the highway police post office in charge of Qaiser Khan was seriously injured, while Sho Parang’s gunman Constable Fasihuddin was marred on the spot.
District Policeman Mohammad Waqas, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Azmatullah Khan Wazir and other police officers visited the hospital for inquiries after the injured ASI.
DPO Waqas said in a tip that a group of declared criminals from Peshawar attended the Darab Majoki area of the police team led by DSP Zardad Khan, also including Asi Qaiser Khan, conducted the raid.
During the operation, he said the offender opened fire at police, killing Sho Parang’s gunman Fasihuddin on the spot and seriously injuring Asi Qaiser. After the fire exchange, the attackers managed to escape.
Malid and the injured police were transferred to Chasada Regional Headquarters Hospital.
The DPO said it had launched a search operation to arrest the attacker.
Sho Parang Police Department Fazal Daud registered cases against Outlaws-Shah Saud, Rokhail, Yasin and Saddam-Suffer 7-Aata, as well as 302, 353 and other regulations.
