Chitral/Shangla: Causing rain Mountain flooding In the lower part and in Shangra, harmful Tuesday, bridges, roads, houses and farmland.
The southern part of the lower thalamic region from Drosh to Lowari pass, covering the valleys of Sheshi Koh, Arsoon, Damil and Jinjirait Koh, in the early hours of Tuesday, the region had the largest rainfall during the season.
The mountain flood also hit Chitral-pheshawar Road, the main artery connected to the rest of the country, from the Drosh to Lowari tunnel, which is more than 30 kilometers long, and hundreds of passengers down the Lowi Pass, who passed the night in the car.
The roads leading to the Arsoon Valley, Sheshi Koh and Jinjirait Koh were also hit by floods, causing closure of vehicles and pedestrians.

There were no casualties in any area reportedly, while farmlands and orchards, as well as suffering pastures, were reportedly washed away by floods.
Many families have moved to safer places far away in Sheshi Koh Valley and Jinjirait Koh, and according to preliminary investigations, the flood partially damaged many homes.
Lower Deputy Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Hashim Azeem told dawn The Leshawar Road and the Sheshkogu Road are open for light traffic, while the Arson Road and the Janjarit Kogu Road have not yet been reopened.
He said there were no casualties in the flood and the income staff team had been dispatched to assess the damage to the house and property in detail.
Meanwhile, volunteers from the Al-Khidmat Foundation arrived at some affected areas in the distant village of Sheshi Koh and used food and non-food.
Elsewhere, heavy rains caused massive destruction in Canaan or Shangra districts on Tuesday morning, sweeping bridges in the Belcanai and Damole areas.
According to locals, heavy rains and strong winds hit Kana Tehsil’s upper alliance committee Olandar, Belkanai and Damorai, where two important bridges connect these areas with the rest of the region.
Heavy rain slammed the area Monday night and continued on Tuesday.
Local resident Irfan Babu said the rains caused severe damage to the resident crops.
He said the landslide of Lilonai-Tabulkanai Road was blocked at Bata Tangi.
He asked the district government to resume roads immediately so that people can bring rations to their homes as more rainfall is forecast by September 19.
Jamal Khan, a resident of Dunkkacha Puran, asked the government to speed up rehabilitation efforts in flooded areas.
Meanwhile, rains flooded a government primary school in the provincial basics and secondary education minister Faisal Khan Tarakai constituency as heavy rains hit the Swabi district in the early hours of Tuesday.
Swabi resident Haji Mumtaz Khan told dawn Local education authorities have failed to arrange for rainwater to be discharged from the buildings.
When contacted, district education officer Hafiz Mohammad Nawaz told Dawn that they had not received any complaints about the rainwater accumulated at the school.
