Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman signed a “strategic mutual defense” in Riyadh on Wednesday, promising to see any attack on any country as an act of aggression against both.

A statement from the Prime Minister’s Office announced the signing of the agreement at a meeting at the Yamama Palace in Riyadh, which stated: “Any aggression against any country should be regarded as an act of aggression against both”.
